Staffing
The Language Bank has 54 independent contractors for interpreting and translation services. They recognize the importance of the job and the Code of Ethics in which they are accountable for their profession. Language Bank has complete contractual responsibility for interpreters and translators in regards to all services.
Quality of Program
The Language Bank continually seeks feedback and monitors processes to assure effective service delivery including customer evaluations, interviewing and training of interpreters to assure their certification. Language Bank strives to provide customer satisfaction. In the event that there is an issue, Language Bank takes immediate corrective action. Language Bank operates under Continuous Quality Improvement.

Interpretation or Translation for Crisis Management or Disaster Recovery
Service Director and Coordinator are on call 24 hours a day in the event of computer/phone system outages.
On-Site Interpretation
Medical, legal, and social Interpreters are available for emergency and pre-scheduled appointments.
